What will make you successful in this position?
* Set up the AMS AD services structure at Iris
* Define the Service Catalog for Service Requests
* Ensure service delivery according to contractual SLAs
* Organize and facilitate Service Review Meetings
* Coordinate volume forecasting and charging agreements
* Update Service Level Management documentation
* Manage and measure SLAs, implement improvements
* Negotiate service level exceptions
* Manage estimations for application development
* Plan and deliver the full application development cycle
* Handle a CORE-FLEX team
Key Responsibilities
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong presentation skills
* Team player with proactive attitude
* Proven experience in service improvement programs
* Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration)
* IT risk management and project management skills
* Structured planning and analytical skills
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills
* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
* Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes
* Insurance domain experience preferred
