Topcret®, a pioneer in sustainable decorative coatings, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Barcelona. This is a strategic role, designed for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals in an international B2B environment.

Role responsibilities

Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
New clients prospecting: focus on acquiring clients across various markets, including the USA, Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term relationships.
Coordinate training sessions for new partners and serve as their go-to contact post-onboarding.
Act as the face of Topcret with distributors, developers, and high-end contractors.
Business Intelligence: analysis of commercial KPIs.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on relationship-building.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for design and innovation.
Ability to operate over multiple time zones.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship management abilities.
Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages beneficial).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
