We are looking for an experienced Internal Project Manager to join a leading global technology organization in a hybrid role based in Sant Cugat.
This opportunity is adecuado for a senior project management professional who enjoys leading complex internal initiatives and driving operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
In this role, you will lead internal projects to ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead internal projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Plan, control, and manage project execution using structured project management methodologies.
Manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to deliver effective solutions to internal issues.
Act as a subject matter expert, applying advanced knowledge to complex business challenges.
Analyze complex situations and data, evaluating multiple factors to determine optimal solutions.
Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.
Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
Support process improvements and help establish project management best practices and policies.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to less experienced team members when required.
Profile
First-level university degree.
7+ years of experience in project management roles or similar business functions.
Strong experience managing complex, multi-factor projects in corporate environments.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage vendors effectively.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English level required.
