One Air Flight School is looking to recruit FI(A) Flight Instructors to deliver training for PPL, Integrated ATPL, and advanced training courses using a modern fleet consisting of Diamond, Tecnam, and Cirrus aircraft.
Main base: Málaga city
Operations:
LEMG – Málaga/Costa del Sol
LEAX – Axarquía Aerodrome
What we offer:
* Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week)
* Probation period of 3 months
* Organized and structured schedules
* Two consecutive days off each week, including at least one weekend day
* Gross salary between €1,700 and €3,300 + supplements (depending on experience, ratings, and activity)

SEP, CPL, CRI, IRI, Night Rating
Main duties (depending on experience and ratings):
Single-engine operations:
* Diamond DA20
* Diamond DA40
* Cirrus SR20
* Tecnam P2008
Multi-engine operations:
* Diamond DA42
* Tecnam P2006T
Additionally:
* Simulator instruction
* ATPL/PPL theoretical training
* Student monitoring and assessment
Requirements:
* Valid FI(A) licence
* Good level of English (minimum ICAO 4)
* Basic level of Spanish
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to different student profiles
* Strong communication skills and student development focus
* Professional and solution-oriented mindset
* Availability to travel to operational bases
