We're helping a fast-growing AI startup is looking for a Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale an enterprise-grade automation platform for complex, decision-heavy processes.
You’ll join a core engineering team working on scalable, event-driven systems that power reliable and auditable AI applications. This platform focuses on enabling enterprises to automate complex, decision-heavy processes with reliability, auditability, and full operational control.
What you’ll do:
* Build APIs and backend services using Go (or Python)
* Design event-driven architectures with Kafka
* Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud databases
* Develop microservices with Docker and Kubernetes
* Integrate AI and LLM-driven components
* Support CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring
What they're looking for:
* Strong backend experience in cloud environments
* Experience with microservices and distributed systems
* Kafka and event-driven architecture experience
* Solid database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL)
* Comfort with modern DevOps workflows
