Because of this movement of visitors, Acttiv is looking for entertainment managers to lead our team of entertainers and take on the organization, working alongside the area coordinator. Is this your bag? Then read on!
Your Responsibilities as Head of Entertainment
1. Launching the program of daytime and evening activities.
2. Organizing the schedules of the entertainers (teams of 1-28 entertainers).
3. Reporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv.
4. Following Acttiv’s quality policy.
5. Being aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers.
6. Attending and receiving training provided by the company.
7. Participating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area.
8. Monitoring time recording.
9. Obtaining positive reviews to enhance the online reputation of the establishment.
10. Participating in shows and interacting with guests from all over the world to develop your PR skills.
What are we asking for?
* Previous experience of at least one season as head of entertainment.
* Excellent proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Educational background related to tourist entertainment or tourism is valued but not essential.
* Good command of office tools such as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
* Availability for at least 1 year from your start date.

* Accommodation: Use provided accommodation (single room) or find your own. If using ours, €172.90 net/month will be deducted for expenses.
