Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As a SAP Fiori ESS/MSS Functional & Technical Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and rollout of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) applications within an SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management environment, supporting approximately 10,000 employees globally. You will collaborate with HR, IT, security, and business stakeholders to deliver a modern, user-friendly self-service platform leveraging SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, SAP UI5, and S/4HANA integration capabilities.
Your missions
* Analyze business requirements and design ESS/MSS solutions aligned with organizational HR processes
* Define overall Fiori architecture for a workforce of approximately 10,000 employees
* Recommend standard SAP Fiori applications and identify requirements for custom development
* Design role-based access models for employees, managers, HR administrators, and executives
* Configure and integrate ESS/MSS processes including Leave Request and Approval, Team Calendar, Manager Approvals
* Ensure alignment with organizational HR policies and compliance requirements
* Configure SAP Fiori Launchpad and deploy standard SAP Fiori applications
* Configure SAP Gateway and OData services
* Coordinate SAPUI5 custom developments where required
* Manage application lifecycle and transport strategy, optimize application performance for high-volume usage
* Design and implement SAP Roles, Fiori Catalogs, Fiori Spaces and Pages, PFCG Roles, Authorization Objects
* Ensure compliance with internal security standards and segregation of duties (SoD)
* Support SSO and identity management integration
* Integrate ESS/MSS applications with SAP S/4HANA HCM, SAP Gateway, SAP Identity Authentication Services (IAS), Active Directory/Azure AD, Payroll and Time Management systems
* Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, UAT plans, deployment plans; execute system integration and performance testing
* Support production deployment and hypercare activities
* Conduct stakeholder workshops, develop training materials and user guides, support organizational change management initiatives, drive adoption of ESS/MSS across the workforce
Your profile
* Experience in SAP HCM (7+ years)
* Experience in SAP Fiori implementation (5+ years)
* Experience in full-cycle SAP ESS/MSS implementations (at least 3)
* Experience supporting organizations with more than 5,000 employees
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
* Technical skills: SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAPUI5, SAP Gateway, OData Services, SAP Authorization Concepts, SAP Web Dispatcher, SAP IAS/IPS, PFCG Role Design, SAP Transport Management
* Functional skills: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll Integration, Employee and Manager Self-Service Processes
* Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or related field
* English fluent. Spanish is a plus.
* You demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills
