The selected candidate will play a key role in the legal structuring, execution, and active management of the firm's investments, working across legal, operational, and strategic dimensions. AX Partners is a real estate investment firm focused on
Provide comprehensive legal support throughout all phases of acquisition and disposal processes.
Coordinate and oversee legal due diligence: urban planning, contractual, civil, and registral matters.
Manage the legal oversight of investment vehicles and related corporate governance.
Monitor legal aspects of assets under management, including lease agreements, licenses, service contracts, and supplier relationships.
Prepare signings, externals, legal reports, risk notes, and documentation for investment committees.
Degree in Law.
~2–5 years of experience in real estate, either in a specialized law firm, investment manager, servicer, or real estate company.
~ Strong understanding of the Spanish real estate market and its legal/urban planning frameworks.
~ High level of English proficiency.
