About the Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and marketing activation activities for our Industry Solutions division.
Working closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Business Unit leaders, and external agency partners, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute directly to revenue targets.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance optimisation. You will play a critical role in translating go-to-market strategies into measurable marketing programs while ensuring leads are effectively nurtured, managed, and converted through the funnel.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in activation strategy, marketing automation, campaign management, lead lifecycle management, and multi-channel campaign execution.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), pipeline, and revenue.
