Responsibilities
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Conducting outbound sales activities to SMB clients
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth
* Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and pipeline progress
* Gathering and communicating client feedback to improve service delivery
* Preparing commercially and technically sound proposals
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Required Qualifications
* Native-level or fluent Dutch, with advanced proficiency in English
* Proven experience in outbound sales or similar roles
* Self-motivated with a strong focus on goals and performance
* Excellent communication and computer skills
* Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting
Preferred
* Background in channel sales or partner relationship management
