Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - Dutch Speaking
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting within a defined book of business. This role involves scheduling remote meetings, identifying customer requirements, and mapping solutions to meet those needs. The ISR will maintain consistent customer contact through regular calls and meetings, ensuring renewals, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams to build strong customer relationships, leading to increased sales and quota attainment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect within a defined book of business and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
* Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting preparation, overcoming objections, and post-meeting follow-up.
* Facilitate contract renewals by supporting engagement efforts, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams to retain at-risk customers.
* Sell solutions through prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives to drive Iron Mountain footprint expansion and revenue growth.
* Own the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, collaborating with customer service, operations, and internal sales teams for a seamless customer experience.
* Leverage CRM and analytical tools to assess customer data and drive profitable growth.
* Close sales effectively by driving next steps and overcoming objections, utilizing strong consultative and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
* Full professional proficiency in Dutch.
* Consistent prospecting for new business opportunities using phone, email, and social selling strategies.
* Ability to qualify opportunities by understanding decision-making processes, budget constraints, and buying motives.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), social media platforms, and analytical tools to drive growth.
