Job Description :
We are looking for a Presales professional with experience in workplace solutions environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a solution architect for IT and digital workplace environments, including 2 years managing large offers and complex multi-technology architecture designs, as well as IT workplace services.
The role will involve:
* Overall responsibility for the technical architecture of solutions, including costs and pricing.
* Designing solutions in formal offer documents based on client requirements.
* Leading the presale/bid process for new business opportunities, providing complete solutions, and coordinating a team of solution architects throughout the process.
* Ensuring architecture features and services meet non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and reliability.
* Producing high-level designs and supervising low-level designs and other technical documents related to projects.
* Collaborating with client stakeholders to deliver workplace solutions that provide benefits while reducing risks through automation and request remediation.
* Leveraging hands-on customer experience and proof-of-concept to educate and engage customers, partners, and coworkers.
* Evaluating existing workplace strategies, conducting TCO analysis, and considering security aspects within a workplace solution adoption framework.
What are we expecting from you?
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present solutions effectively to customers.
* Skills in ITIL, PMP methodologies, and experience in designing Agile/Scrum services.
* Experience implementing methodologies and processes in service environments.
* Experience in transforming and evolving IT workplace services.
* Designing architecture for workplace solutions and migrating from on-premise to cloud environments, mainly in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
* Experience in technology consulting projects related to infrastructure transformation, digital transformation, and workplace solution adoption.
* Defining strategies and roadmaps for workplace solutions.
* Conducting readiness assessments from technical and business perspectives.
* Experience managing costs and preparing pricing models for offers.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex solutions clearly at all organizational levels.
Nice to have :
* Microsoft 365: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
* AWS Solutions Architect Certification in Workplace.
