Business Process Manager – eCommerce & ERP Integration
The Business Process Manager is responsible for defining, harmonizing, and governing end-to-end business processes related to the integration of a global eCommerce platform with multiple ERP systems.
The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality integrations.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration & Solution AlignmentTranslate business requirements into process and data modelsCollaborate with integration and technical teams to ensure proper implementationValidate integration flows, including:Orders, payments, invoicingProduct, pricing, and promotionsInventory and availabilityCustomer and master dataOrder fulfillment trackingEnsure consistency in integration standards and data models
Stakeholder & Requirements ManagementAct as the main interface between business and IT teamsFacilitate workshops to gather and prioritize requirementsManage scope, dependencies, and change requests
Governance, Quality & ComplianceDefine and enforce process and integration governanceEnsure compliance with financial, tax, and data regulationsDefine acceptance criteria and support testing phases (SIT/UAT)Maintain up-to-date documentation
Continuous Improvement & OperationsMonitor process performance and KPIs (accuracy, lead time, error rates)Identify automation and optimization opportunitiesSupport incident and problem managementDrive continuous improvement initiatives
