The Role
You will support Senior Account Executives working with international Health & Benefits clients, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and client-driven environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management of Life & Accident group plans, Medical plans, and Business Travel insurance
- Assisting with administrative, technical, and client-facing activities throughout the life cycle of insurance policies
- Collaborating with insurers to ensure efficient policy renewals and adjustments
- Contributing to internal processes, including client servicing, reporting, and compliance tasks
- Building a solid foundation to grow within WTW and progress towards a Junior Health & Benefits Account Executive role.
Qualifications
The Requirements
We are looking for someone eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment:
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent English (written and spoken – able to interact confidently from day one)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
