Position: OTC Area Manager
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Pharma / Food Supplements in Sales or Business Development roles with a B2B and international scope

We are looking for an OTC Area Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of sales performance for medicines and food supplements within the assigned international region.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving commercial execution, managing distributors and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets across the markets under their responsibility.
Define and execute the commercial strategy to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets across the assigned countries.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs, proposing corrective actions when needed.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
Build a strong understanding of local market dynamics, competition, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks.
Adapt global strategies to local market realities.
Ensure effective field execution through regular visits, coaching, and performance reviews.
Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts for the region.
Analyze market data and provide regular performance reports to management.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and company ethical guidelines related to medicines and food supplements.
University degree in Economics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.
~ MBA or postgraduate studies will be a plus.
~3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or food supplements business, in Sales or Business Development roles, with a B2B focus.
~ Fluent Spanish and English.
~ Knowledge of sales strategy and customer tools such as CRM or AI tools.
