From SOLUTIO, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst on the Issuance Platform Vision Plus team, who will be at the forefront of developing & implementing card management for financial institutions. Strong Experience in Cards domain is mandatory. The modality of work is at the client's offices located in Madrid, (100% presential).
Which would be the key responsibilities?
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for new features and enhancements on the Vision platform.
* Documentation : Create comprehensive and well-structured documentation, including epics, user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, business rules, and process flows.
* Stakeholder Management : Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project scope, requirements, and priorities.
* Solution Design : Partner with development and QA teams to refine requirements, assess technical feasibility, and support the design and implementation of solutions.
* Testing and Validation : Assist in the creation of test cases and support the quality assurance process to ensure the delivered solution meets the defined business requirements.
* Problem-Solving : Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex business problems.
* Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Which would be the required skills and qualifications?
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Cards Domain.
* Proven experience working with card issuance platforms, payment processing, or card management systems.
* Strong understanding of the card lifecycle, including cardholder enrollment, authorizations, disputes, and loyalty programs.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience and vice versa.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams.
Which would be the preferred qualifications?
* Experience with API-based platforms and an understanding of how to document API requirements.
* Experience in a B2 B Saa S or enterprise software environment.
* Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
