Experteer Overview
As Senior Manager in BBVA AI Factory, you will steer cross-functional initiatives across strategy, governance, and knowledge development to ensure efficient, transparent AI delivery at scale. You’ll align discipline priorities with the AI Factory roadmap, mentor data science leaders, and foster collaboration to prevent silos. You will lead the Community of Practice for Data Scientists and drive responsible AI practices and model governance. This role offers impact at scale within a global financial institution and a chance to shape AI product delivery and governance.
