About The Role
As our Manager for Digital Capability Training & Transformation, you will be a key architect of our company’s digital evolution. In this dynamic and impactful role, you’ll drive the identification, development, and global rollout of digital and AI capability training for colleagues across all functions—from Service Technicians to Marketing experts. Your mission: ensure everyone at TKE is equipped and empowered to leverage cutting-edge digital tools and solutions to unlock value and lead meaningful transformation.
* Analyse and Identify Training Needs in collaboration with Global Product Owners, focusing on current and emerging Digital and AI products and solutions.
* Design and Manage Training Development by creating impactful content and integrating it into new and existing Learning Paths and training platforms.
* Drive Global Scaling of Training Initiatives, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and relevance across regions and roles.
* Support execution in regional teams that are in charge of training execution at the local level.
* Coordinate Global Learning Campus and External Partner to ensure learning development and delivery.
* Continuously Monitor, Update, and Optimise training materials based on product evolution, feedback, and performance metrics.
* Champion Digital Transformation across the organization by actively supporting and enabling colleagues from diverse functions—such as Finance, Marketing, Brand Management, and Field Service—to adopt and apply digital solutions.
* Deliver Training & Facilitate Workshops, offering hands-on guidance, onboarding sessions, and change enablement initiatives.
* Participate in Cross-Functional Transformation Projects to align training initiatives with larger strategic goals.
Who we are looking for
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
* Extensive experience in a comparable role (digital transformation, training / learning, change management).
* Proven experience in Digital Capability Development, Learning & Development, or Change Management, ideally in a corporate or global context.
* Strong understanding of digital tools, AI-driven solutions, and their applications across business functions.
* Experience in instructional design and curriculum development, including e-learning and blended approaches.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across levels and geographies.
* Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about empowering others through knowledge and transformation.
