We optimize energy consumption and maintenance costs of companies cooling systems through AI-based digital solutions which include technologies such as IoT, Digital Twin and Predictive Maintenance.We're currently looking for a Client Acquisition & Solutions Advisor to join our Business Development Team .What will you do in this role?You will play a key role in attracting and onboarding new clients, while acting as a trusted advisor who clearly understands their operational challenges and how Gradhoc’s solutions can address them.Your main responsibilities will be to :
Identify, approach, and build relationships with new clients, particularly in the food retail, industrial refrigeration, and pharmaceutical sectors .Understand clients’ operational needs and advise them on how Gradhoc’s technology can create value for their business.Guide potential clients through the sales and onboarding journey, from first contact to implementation.Collaborate with our technical team to prepare solution proposals and present live demos of our platform and tools.Develop and grow a strong client base in France and Germany, while proactively exploring additional opportunities across other European markets by analyzing trends, customer challenges, and potential strategic partnershipsContribute to the development of a structured database of leads and keep the CRM up to date with meaningful interactions.Build strong, long-term relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning solutions with client expectations.How can you tell if this project aligns with your expectations?You have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy building trusted relationships with clients.You feel confident identifying needs and advising customers on tailored solutions that bring real value to their business.You have experience generating new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships, ideally in industrial sectors such as food retail, refrigeration, or pharma.You are fluent in French or German, and comfortable navigating both markets. You’re also open to exploring opportunities in other European countries .You understand industrial or technical environments and are eager to keep learning in a cutting-edge, innovation-driven company .You are proactive, self-motivated, and excited to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking team.Requirements :
Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer advisory roles within industrial environments, ideally related to cooling, refrigeration, or HVAC systems for the food or pharma industries.Fluency in French or German (at an advanced or native level) is essential for engaging with clients in the French or German markets. A good command of English and Spanish is also required, as you will work closely with our multilingual team based in Spain (A Coruña).You bring a network or portfolio of contacts in the food retail, refrigeration, or related industrial sectors, and you’re comfortable identifying and approaching new leads.While not mandatory, a degree in industrial engineering or a related technical field will help you better understand and communicate our solutions to clients.You’re adaptable, tech-savvy, and motivated by the opportunity to grow within an innovative and international B2B environment .
