You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining strong relationships with our main clients, delivering a high-quality service to ensure client accounts are solidified.
Responsibilities
- Manage between 70 and 100 workers, coordinating their day-to-day activities and staying aware of problems and incidents to resolve them fairly, quickly and professionally.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with suppliers, project managers, workers and, on occasion, union representatives.
- Be the main point of contact with clients in strategic areas such as Operations, Human Resources, Health and Safety, Finance and Sales, ensuring fluent coordination aligned with service objectives.
- Interview, select, evaluate and hire the candidate that matches the client's requested profile.
- Inform the candidate before hiring about quality policy, risk prevention, Manpower values and contractual conditions.
- Monitor and control service satisfaction by sending quality questionnaires for all active services as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in outsourcing environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR processes and tools.
- Advanced Excel and habitual use of Office tools.
- Customer orientation.
- Residency in Barcelona.
- Driver’s license to visit different sites.
