The Role
You will be making outbound calls with the aim of booking meetings. Over time, you will also build your own customer portfolio and engage in repeat sales. You should be comfortable with high-volume outbound calls, so having a similar job experience is advantageous, but not required.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
* Work with a digital payment platform
* Cold calling potential clients
* Offer business accounts
* Complete contracts
* Booking onboarding meetings
Ideal Profile
* You speak Swedish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
* Experience in customer support and sales is an advantage.
* You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
* Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
* You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
