What You’ll Do
* Business growth: Develop and execute Workfully’s go-to-market strategy in Spain.
* Sales: Drive client acquisition across mid‑market and enterprise, owning the full sales cycle from lead to delivery.
* Revenue ownership: Manage a clear revenue target and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline.
* Marketing & brand: Run local campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives that position Workfully as a trusted recruitment partner.
* Community building: Organise and host HR and recruiter events, strengthen our network, and represent Workfully at major conferences.
Who You Are
* A business builder: you’ve scaled revenue and operations in a fast‑growing environment.
* A proven closer: you’ve personally signed and delivered dozens of clients for a traditional recruiting firm or HRtech company.
* A network connector: you are well plugged into Spain’s HR, recruiting, and business ecosystem.
* A strategic operator: you know how to balance sales, marketing, and partnerships to drive sustainable growth.
* A self‑starter: you thrive in ownership‑heavy roles and want to build something that lasts.
