Responsibilities
* Oversee and scale shared services functions across multiple jurisdictions.
* Lead, inspire, and manage the operational team.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in fraud prevention, risk management, and payments operations.
* Collaborate with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain robust governance frameworks.
* Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to support company growth.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Risk, Fraud, or Payments operations.
* Background in iGaming, eCommerce, or other regulated B2B service environments.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and scale large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
* Strong operational and strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Malta or Spain.
