You will generate your own pipeline, manage complex sales processes, and close strategic accounts within Hotels and Vacation Rentals.This position combines strong execution capability with strategic thinking and market development mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively build pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).Identify and prioritize high-value hospitality accounts (hotels, chains, property managers, vacation rentals).Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing.Lead consultative sales conversations with decision-makers.Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting.Collaborate with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and positioning.Contribute ideas and insights to accelerate growth in Spain.RequirementsMust HaveSpanish speaker + professional English.4+ years of B2B outbound sales experience.Proven full-cycle ownership (prospecting to close).Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable using digital sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools).H
