Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Risk Management professional to contribute to Experis' efforts in enhancing our overall security posture and IT hygiene within business domains.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cybersecurity, business, and technology initiatives.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity matters and initiatives, fostering strong relationships with CIOs, business leaders, and project managers.
* Provide expert guidance on understanding and mitigating cybersecurity risks, threats, and attacks.
* Evaluate products and applications to ensure compliance with industry-standard security guidelines and regulations.
* IDentify, prioritize, and remediate internal and external vulnerabilities to reduce the attack surface of the business domain.
* Presentation of the security posture and progress of cyber initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
* A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Cyber Risk Management or Information Security, preferably within financial services.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proficiency in English (high level).
* Proven expertise in developing, driving, and maturing effective Cyber Risk programs.
* Detailed knowledge of IT operations and processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Desirable Qualifications
* Familiarity with Experis' cybersecurity systems and infrastructure.
* Certification such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
