To provide customers with top-quality service by meeting their needs and expectations, and to increase brand loyalty by communicating the philosophy and culture of the Brand as a “Gucci ambassador”.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers according to Gucci selling ceremony.
* Provide an exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers, demonstrating excellent knowledge of products, Gucci history, and heritage.
* Guarantee cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
* Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
* Build and strengthen relationships with customers, dealing with different nationalities and personalities, always putting customers at ease.
* Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information using Company tools (CRM) to retain current customers and identify new high-potential clients.
* Achieve individual and store goals, contributing to business growth.
* Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating effectively and proposing solutions.
* Contribute to managing the visual display of products according to Gucci visual standards.
* Maintain store functionality and ensure appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with policies.
* Ensure product replenishment and physical inventory management.
* Follow company grooming standards in accordance with Gucci policies.

* Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
* Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
* Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
* Excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
* High flexibility and adaptability to different customers.
* Team-player mentality.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
* Luxury product knowledge.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
