About the Position

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Europe to join us. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across Europe. The flooring product lines include LVT resilient flooring, SPC rigid core flooring, Loose Lay self-settling anti-slip flooring, non-PVC flooring (PP flooring), and SPC rigid core wall panels.

Responsibilities

- Develop the European market and secure sales orders in alignment with the Company’s growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve established targets.
- Analyse market trends and monitor competitor activities to refine sales tactics and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to evaluate performance and continuously optimize sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer needs and manage complaints professionally to maintain service quality.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed to visit clients, resolve complaints, conduct on-site inspections, and provide immediate feedback to the quality department.
- Participate in relevant industry exhibitions, seminars, and events across the region, taking responsibility for brand promotion and product showcases to strengthen brand awareness and influence in target markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with headquarters teams—including sales, product development, logistics, and finance—to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.
- Plan and manage the sales budget to support sustainable growth and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal company policies.
- Conduct all transactions according to company pricing and policies.

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the flooring industry, with preference given to candidates experienced in LVT, SPC, or other resilient flooring products.
- Solid knowledge of European building materials and environmental standards, such as CE marking and REACH regulations, as well as key market requirements for LVT flooring (e.g., abrasion class, fire rating, and environmental performance indicators).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and market development skills, with the ability to independently drive market expansion and manage sales activities. Proven success in acquiring major clients from the ground up and driving market expansion.
- Strong understanding of European culture and business etiquette, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Fluent in English, to effectively communicate with stakeholders at the HQ in China; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French) is a plus. Strong command of office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams, including close collaboration with China-based colleagues on business development, trade shows, and customer complaint resolution.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined, with a strong ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
- This is a remote role that requires frequent domestic and international travel.
