Job description:
-
What you could expect as an Internal Advanced Analytics Business Consultant:
* Lead high-level discovery workshops with business heads. You will not just gather requirements; you will challenge the status quo.
* Diagnose deep-seated process inefficiencies and identify high-value opportunities where Advanced Analytics and GenAI can deliver exponential ROI.
* Work with business leaders to design the future state of their operations. You will help define how processes, roles, and governance must evolve to accommodate the new AI solutions we build, augmenting human performance.
* Translate complex business strategic goals into concrete analytical roadmaps for our Data Science squads. Conversely, translate technical constraints and AI probabilities into business language for stakeholders.
* Act as an educator. You will run sessions to upskill business stakeholders on the "Art of the Possible" regarding GenAI and Machine Learning, managing expectations while inspiring innovation.
* You will move the relationship from transactional ("Build me this") to strategic ("Solve this problem with me").
* Help the Head of Advanced Analytics rigorously prioritize the pipeline. You will ensure we only deploy our squads on problems that move the needle for ZF.
* A model is useless if no one uses it - you will oversee the change management strategy, ensuring that the business is ready to adopt the new solutions and that the anticipated value is actually realized.
What we expect from you as an Internal Advanced Analytics Business Consultant:
* 7+ years in Management Consulting, Internal Strategy, or a Business Partner role, with a strong focus on Analytics, Digital Transformation or Data Strategy.
* Experience in organizational design, process mapping (BPMN), and defining Target Operating Models. You can see the "Big Picture" of how a global company operates.
* You are comfortable commanding a room of senior stakeholders. You have the confidence to push back and say "No" or "There is a better way" when necessary.
* You do not need to be a coder, but you must have a working knowledge of Data Science. You understand the difference between deterministic logic and probabilistic ML. You know what GenAI is good at—and what it is bad at.
* You can look at a P&L or an operational report and spot the anomalies that suggest a data opportunity.
* You can build a compelling business case (PowerPoint/Keynote) that secures funding and buy-in.
* You can navigate complex corporate politics to align conflicting stakeholders behind a single vision.
* Fluent English, Spanish is considered as an advantage.
Why you should choose ZF in Barcelona:
* You will sit at the right hand of the Head of Advanced Analytics, shaping the department's reputation and trajectory.
* This is a role for a "Fixer" and a "Builder." You will have a tangible impact on how ZF operates globally.
* Exposure to the highest levels of business and technology strategy.
