Job OverviewOverview A Madrid-based industrial manufacturer is seeking a skilled Industrial Electronics Engineer to join its production department. The role involves the design, implementation, and final testing of materials testing machines, as well as field commissioning and client interaction. This position is ideal for hands-on engineers who enjoy combining design work with on-site tasks.Key Responsibilities Design and develop electronic manufacturing plans, including amplification modules and power panels.Support the day-to-day operations and management of the electronics department.Develop improvements to testing machines and manufacturing processes.Interpret and apply relevant testing standards.Conduct machine testing, commissioning, and final adjustments.Interpret client requirements and translate them into engineering projects.Prepare technical reports and client documentation.Liaise directly with clients during projects and installations.Must-Have Requirements Proficiency in one or more electrical design tools: Altium, SolidWorks Electrical, or AutoCAD Electrical.Strong knowledge of industrial electronics and electricity (drives, motors, measurement sensors).Professional working proficiency in English.Willingness to travel occasionally for installations.Hands-on skills in electronic assembly or related tasks.Customer service skills and ability to interact with clients.Preferred Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is an advantage.Familiarity with fieldwork and a preference for on-site tasks over purely office-based work.Candidates aged 30–45 are preferred.Benefits & Perks Permanent contractOpportunity to work on high-performance industrial testing machinesExposure to projects across Spain, Portugal, and international locations in Europe and South AmericaSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries Software Development
