Your Profile
* Educational Background: Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
* Industry Experience: Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems.
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology.
* Collaborative Spirit: High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams.
* Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
* Proactive and Decisive: Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project.
