Sales Manager, Digital Patient Care Solutions, Europe
Join GE HealthCare as a Sales Manager for Digital Patient Care Solutions in Europe. This role involves driving growth in GE's Clinical Information solutions for acute care, including intensive and anesthesia units. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team, and positioning GE as a preferred partner across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement sales strategies to accelerate growth and increase market share.
* Manage a team of 10+ sales professionals across Europe, providing leadership, training, and KPI tracking.
* Achieve financial targets including orders, revenue, and gross margin.
* Engage early with governmental and enterprise projects to establish market presence.
* Foster internal collaboration to maximize commercial opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Enhance market visibility and develop a robust sales funnel.
* Monitor industry trends and customer needs to recommend improvements and new solutions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare technology/IT, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in healthcare IT solution sales and management, preferably in an international setting.
* Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
* Willingness to travel regularly within Europe.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with distributed teams.
* Proficiency in developing strategies, KPIs, and managing cross-functional teams.
* Expertise in digital healthcare technologies and innovative solutions.
