The Tender Analyst is an experienced Pricing & Tendering Professional who will support the organization in Pricing and Tender Processes.They will guarantee proper Tender flow, ensuring process efficiency, compliance with Public Procurement law, customer requirements, company processes, guidelines, and business needs.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Perform all activities related to the entire Tender processReview, communicate, and coordinate Tender announcements with different teams and systemsCoordinate with various business units for correct and timely tender submissionsDevelop documentation and monitor the entire Tender submission processManage and prepare all Legal Tender documentation according to Public Procurement Law and Customer RequirementsWork with systems (Vendavo, Cube, etc.) and databases in an integrated mannerCollaborate with Pricing Strategy and Business teams to ensure Tender design aligns with pricing strategy, maintains transparency, and is consistent regionally and among customersManage and monitor the Tender cycle, including pre- and post-Tender activitiesAdapt current tender processes when European Directive 2014/24EU is transposed into national lawRequired Knowledge and Experience:
Degree in Law and/or Business AdministrationFluent in English (written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
knowledge of Access is essentialPreference for candidates with pricing knowledge3-5 years’ experience working in Tender processes, preferably in the Spanish Medical Sector, with knowledge of Public Procurement law, Tender & Customer requirementsExperience working with cross-departmental and cross-functional teamsExperience managing pricing and tender tools and electronic tenders is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tender deadlinesAttention to detail to avoid mistakes in the Tender processPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this position but are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and skills required.Benefits & Compensation
