Your Mission
As part of our global commercial team, you will lead category growth strategies with a strong focus on generating sustainable value for customers, shoppers, and the business.
You will play a key strategic role by:
* Defining and executing category strategies by channel and market.
* Translating global and regional visions into impactful local execution.
* Driving data-based decision-making through market, shopper, and competitor analysis.
* Building strong partnerships with key customers and influencing point-of-sale strategy.
* Leading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
* Managing product launches, visibility initiatives, pricing strategies, and 360° campaigns.
* Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and performance.
This is a highly visible role with direct impact on business performance, customer strategy, and commercial excellence.

What You Bring
* University degree in Business, Economics, Sciences, or Engineering.
* Fluent English.
* +6 years of experience in Category Management, Shopper Marketing, or Commercial Strategy.
* Strong experience in retail and/or pharmaceutical environments.
* Proven track record managing key accounts, category growth, and strategic initiatives.
* Excellent communication, leadership, adaptability, and business orientation.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone curious, proactive, collaborative, and eager to challenge the status quo.
