We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to lead the technical aspects of a migration project from SAP HCM to SAP SSFF ECP. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in SAP implementations and preferably some knowledge of SAP HCM PY (Payroll) .Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical leadership for the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors ECP.Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.Analyze current processes and design scalable technical solutions in SuccessFactors ECP.Manage system testing, issue resolution, and validation activities.Ensure proper integration with other SAP and third-party systems.Support project planning and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience :
