The Role:As a Customer Success Manager you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.Background in the MarTech industry (preferred).Fluent Spanish and English (essential)Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus.A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
