Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an Executive Manager – Warehouse Operations has become available within the Jandakot Region of ALDI Stores. This is a permanent full‑time opportunity.
You will work in a fast‑paced environment, leading a team largely responsible for managing delivery route optimisation, space management, asset management and maintaining compliance with a strong focus on safety.
What does the role look like?
- Lead, mentor and empower warehouse teams through recruitment, development, training, performance management and scheduling.
- Oversee end to end warehouse operations including inventory, receiving and dispatch activities.
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transport to meet service, safety and cost outcomes.
- Maintain best practice standards of compliance, safety and cleanliness across the site.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across people, process and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within a warehouse or operational environment.
- A proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement.
- A clear, impactful communicator who informs, inspires, motivates, and influences others to drive team success.
- An inclusive collaborator who actively consults, resolves conflict as it arises and appreciates alternative perspectives and opinions.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159,000 - $208,000 including Superannuation.
