The Opportunity
We're seeking a Sales Specialist – Catalunya, to join Yoann's team in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to:
Drive market expansion in Spain.

Business Development (80%)
Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Generate and qualify leads.
Organize visits and conduct meetings with key decision‑makers.
Prepare and negotiate proposals.
Prepare tenders.
Secure contracts to meet revenue targets.
Send maximum information to the technical department to conduct studies.
Create a database with installers and engineers and keep in contact with them to develop the brand and sales of Fonroche in the dedicated area.
Market Presence (20%)
Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs.
Organize and participate in networking events.
Build relationships with key influencers.
Enhance company reputation in Spain.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client relationships.
Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting.
Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery.
Represent the company at industry events.
What You Can Bring To Us
Bachelor’s degree.
3 – 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in B2G/B2B sales for industrial products.
Experience managing sales agent networks.
Spanish, and English or French conversational proficiency.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
