As an After Sales Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of construction machinery across various sectors. Your technical expertise and dedication to customer service will directly impact equipment uptime, customer satisfaction, and overall service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Troubleshooting & Repairs
1. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of construction equipment, including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, skid steer loaders, and rollers.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system failures using OEM diagnostic software.
3. Provide both remote and on-site technical support to ensure minimal downtime for customers.
Field Service & Customer Support
4. Conduct regular service visits, inspections, and emergency repairs at customer sites.
5. Advise customers on best practices for equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and spare parts management to optimize machine performance.
6. Prepare detailed service reports, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions, to document and resolve issues.
Warranty & Spare Parts Coordination
7. Validate warranty claims and collaborate with manufacturers for approvals.
8. Recommend and coordinate the ordering of genuine spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and proper parts management.
Training & Knowledge
