As Sales Director for the Department Stores, International Accounts, and Niche channel, you define and lead the commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth and premium partnerships across key channels. You will shape the channel's direction, align cross‑functional plans, and act as a catalyst for transformation in a dynamic, luxury market. You collaborate with Sales Intelligence, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail, Finance, and Demand Planning to deliver excellence. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to influence Puig’s leadership position in Iberia and beyond.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define the annual commercial strategy for the specified channels aligned with global/regional objectives
• Identify category growth opportunities and prioritize based on market and channel potential
• Build differentiated commercial narratives for each client type to position Puig as a preferred partner
• Translate channel insights into Marketing, Trade, and Retail plans
• Oversee design, approval, and execution of the channel's Commercial Action Plan
• Own the channel P&L, ensure profitable growth and margin improvement
• Define commercial policies, trading terms, and investment strategies per customer maturity
• Make key decisions on GTN, pricing, promotions, and brand mix
• Lead negotiation of national strategic agreements for the channel
• Oversee forecasts/S&OP and ensure agile corrective actions
• Manage budget delivery and swift deviation response
• Define omnichannel strategy ensuring coherence across physical and digital retail
• Ensure flawless execution in assortment, launches, and visibility
• Approve activation and retail excellence plans tailored to channels
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration for exceptional execution
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with top Department Stores and key international accounts
• Lead negotiation and approval of Joint Business Plans by client and channel
• Identify growth opportunities, launches, and joint business development projects
• Ensure outstanding customer service and operational coordination
• Represent Puig in high‑level forums with strategic customers
• Lead, develop, and inspire the commercial team (KAMs)
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth mindset
• Identify internal talent and drive training and succession planning
• Drive continuous transformation to meet market trends and premium consumer expectations

Responsabilidades xpzdshu
• 10+ years of experience in commercial roles with leadership
• Experience leading teams and managing strategic relationships with national retailers
• Deep knowledge of the Spanish market, consumer trends, and omnichannel strategy
• Strong experience managing P&L, pricing, trade investment, and complex negotiations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills
• Advanced analytical capabilities and a strong results orientation
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; MBA a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
