We are currently looking for a full-time temporary Academic Assistant to join our Academic Department at Les Roches Marbella.
This is a replacement position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic international academic environment, supporting key administrative and operational tasks. xsgfvud
Responsibilities:
* Compile data for departmental reports and requests
* Participate in assigned projects, delivering services in line with established guidelines
* Maintain updated records in compliance with administrative and legal requirements
* Monitor various activities and provide relevant information when needed
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Native English speaker or equivalent level, with advanced Spanish (spoken and written). Additional languages (Russian, German, French, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus
* 1-2 years of administrative experience
* Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Office)
