CEX Experience (Crypto)Responsibilities :
Develop new partnerships with media and affiliates (e.G., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract first-time depositors and trades.Maintain existing relationships with KOLs and monitor their performance.Provide timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Bybit’s affiliates and users, liaising proactively with Bybit’s internal teams, and suggest improvements to management.Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy in Spain focused on financial gains and customer satisfaction.Expand Bybit’s client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Enhance Bybit’s reputation and business presence in the local market.Research emerging blockchain trends and recommend new offerings to meet customer needs.Stay updated on social media trends (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and within the blockchain influencer community.Candidate Requirements :
Experience in crypto or blockchain within the Spanish market, with existing relationships or knowledge of influential local figures.Proven track record in business development or sales.Self-driven and passionate about making an impact in an undefined rule environment, with the ability to listen to market needs and execute effectively.Result-oriented, committed to achieving business results and customer satisfaction.Passionate about blockchain and Web3.Ability to analyze sales data and produce reports.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields;
MBA is a plus.Experience managing and leading a team of skilled business development or sales professionals.Bilingual:
fluent in English and preferably one or more local languages.
