💬 Customer Service
* Handle and manage inquiries, questions, and issues with empathy and efficiency.
* Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.
📂 Claims Management
* Process claims according to their level of severity.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide fast and effective solutions.
💳 Payment Collection
* Contact customers with outstanding payments.
* Negotiate solutions to help recover overdue fees.
🔄 Customer Retention
* Conduct call campaigns with customers who have requested cancellation.
* Use sales and retention arguments to maintain customer loyalty.
🚀 Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve processes.
* Propose solutions to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
🧩 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service
✔️ Fluent German. Spanish and/or English are a plus.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Empathy and patience in different situations
✔️ Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments
✔️ Familiarity with Office / Google tools
✔️ Proactive profile, customer- and goal-oriented
⭐ Experience in claims, retention, and/or collections is a plus
