Mercor is seeking experienced Warehouse and Inventory Specialists to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This role involves designing and evaluating realistic logistics and inventory management scenarios to enhance AI performance. The idóneo candidate will leverage their professional experience in shipping, receiving, stock control, and warehouse operations to create, review, and validate practical workflows in a fully remote and flexible capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world shipping, receiving, and inventory work in manufacturing based on professional experience.
- Create realistic situations involving shipment processing, receiving inspections, inventory tracking, and warehouse documentation.
- Design scenarios for handling discrepancies, coordinating with carriers, managing stock levels, and using inventory management systems.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to logistics and inventory queries for accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide detailed feedback on manufacturing logistics scenarios to improve AI training and outcomes.
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a shipping, receiving, or inventory clerk in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated professional recognition and prior management responsibilities.
- Proficient with computers and various software systems.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Successful completion of a video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.
- Preferred: Average of 14 years of professional experience.
