The Project!
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to join our team, supporting the development and implementation of retail and wholesale projects.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic and creative environment.
What will the role entail?
* Actively participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail store projects, shop in shop and franchise projects.
* Work closely with project leaders to support the successful development of each initiative, from concept through to completion.
* Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers, ensuring that all technical and logistical requirements are clearly conveyed and met within deadlines.
* Prepare and develop technical drawings and layout plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand and project standards.
* Provide day-to-day support to project managers, assisting with documentation, timelines, follow-ups, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
* Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from senior members of the department, gaining valuable experience across multiple areas of retail design and project management.

Requirements:
* Education Level: Architectural / Interior and Industrial Design.
* Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role
* Languages: Spanish and English.
* Technical requirements: Excel and AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar
* A highly organized and collaborative individual with strong communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing project needs.
* Interest in retail design, project coordination, or interior architecture is a plus.
