* Monitoring open client balances during the collection process
* Managing clients’ overdue balances
* Creating, updating, and reviewing dispute cases
* Managing inquiries from other departments regarding client accounts
* Regular accounts follow up
ABOUT YOU
* No previous experience required, we are looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Competent decision-making skills excellent commercial judgement
* Result focused with strong attention to detail
* Advanced English and Spanish language level, both spoken and written
* Strong Excel skills
* Candidates with SAP experience will be advantageous
