This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to take initiative, move fast, and have a direct impact on user growth and transaction volume.You’ll be responsible for pushing our messaging to the market, experimenting with new ideas, and doing whatever it takes to bring users in the door and keep them engaged. This is not a passive role. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, self-driven, and excited to build something from the ground up.You will also be part of a lucrative incentive plan tied directly to growth outcomes. If you drive results, you will be rewarded.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of growth initiatives to drive user acquisition and transaction volumeBuild and manage social media channels with a strong and consistent voiceWrite clear, persuasive copy for social, email, and product marketingDesign and run paid and organic campaigns across X, Google, and MetaLaunch and manage scrappy growth experiments like quizzes, raffles, and referral pushesIdentify, activate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships across the EUMonitor growth metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance dataCreate lightweight marketing assets, landing pages, and funnels using tools like Notion, Canva, and TallyStay current with Bitcoin, fintech, and cultural trends to keep our messaging relevantWork directly with the founding team to shape and ship new growth ideas quicklyRequirements3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or contentPrevious experience in early stage startups or high growth environmentsHands on experience running paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, or XStrong background in influencer and partnership marketingExcellent writing and communication skills with a clear, engaging styleBasic understanding of SEO and content strategySelf starter who thrives with autonomy and moves fast without waiting for permissionComfortable using data to make decisions, you know what to track and whyFamiliarity with social platforms, especially Twitter and LinkedInBased in the EU and available to work CET compatible hoursFluency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plusDeep interest in Bitcoin or willingness to learn quicklyWhat we offerA front row seat at a Bitcoin startup building for real-world impactDirect access to founders and an opportunity to shape the companyEquity in the form of stock optionsFull remote flexibility, async-first work cultureCompensation paid in BTC (growth based incentive plan)How to apply :
