Job DescriptionAnalyze end-to-end logistics processes, including order and parcel management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Utilize process mapping techniques and tools to document current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization.Act as key driver for improvement initiatives, lead and facilitate improvement project, such as Kaizen, Six Sigma or Lean projects, to drive operational excellence and productivity gains. Collaborate and implement process changes.Collect and analyze data and utilize statistical analysis techniques and tools to draw meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions.Develop and implement quality management systems and standards to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Establish quality control measures, conduct audits, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain and improve quality.Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying reasons, utilize problem-solving methodologies, such as the 5 Whys or Fishbone diagrams, to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Identify opportunities for process optimization and reengineering to streamline logistics operations and improve customer experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes, utilizing best practices.Collaborate with service suppliers or vendors to ensure their services meet quality requirements. Conduct on site audits, establish quality requirements, and provide feedback to improve supplier performance.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the process-oriented mindset and skills of employees. Train employees on process improvement methodologies, quality management systems, and tools. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.Job RequirementBachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.Proven experience in process improvement, quality management, or supply chain operations roles in the logistics industry.Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including order management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.Proficient in using data analysis and statistical tools, such as Excel or Minitab.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.Experience with quality management systems and best practices, such as ISO 9001 or Total Quality Management.Knowledge of logistics management systems, such as TMS or WMS.Passion for driving excellence and continuous improvement in logistics processes and quality management.
