We are seeking aMedical Operations Analytics Specialist, whose main responsibility will be to access medical operations data from various sources and continuously build and improve dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to address key medical business questions and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Work across multiple therapeutic areas, products, and medical processes
Collaborate with medical leaders and process owners to identify critical questions such as cycle times
Respond to operational questions using system data and proactively analyze opportunities for improvement
Examine systems and processes individually, without integrating data across platforms
Download process data from medical systems into Excel
Manually clean data (remove duplicates, correct errors, adjust categorizations)
Prepare for dashboard development in Power BI as part of a future project phase
Requirements
Previous scientific ormedical experiencein roles involving MedInfo, medical publications, and medical processes, ideally within Medical Affairs teams
Proven experience in data analysis and advanced Excel skills
Hands-on experience withTableau or Power BI
Fluent English
Strong critical thinking and analytical curiosity
Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
