Position Overview :
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for House Repair Claims will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of the company's house repair claims services. The role requires a strategic and proactive individual to develop relationships with clients, insurance providers, contractors, and industry stakeholders. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure that the company's offerings meet market needs while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Market Analysis & Strategy : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the house repair claims sector, including emerging trends and competitor activities. Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base.
2. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance companies, homeowners, contractors, and property management firms. Act as the main point of contact for key clients to address their house repair needs and claims.
3. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and online platforms. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
4. Sales & Revenue Generation : Develop a sales pipeline, manage client accounts, and close deals to meet sales targets. Negotiate contracts to ensure beneficial outcomes for both parties.
5. Project Coordination : Collaborate with operations and repair teams to ensure timely service delivery. Oversee project management of repair claims from initiation to completion.
6. Collaboration : Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide market insights to improve service offerings and customer experience.
7. Reporting & Analysis : Track sales performance, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement. Update senior management on pipeline progress and market trends.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in insurance, construction, or house repair sectors.
* Knowledge of home repair claims, insurance standards, and claims management systems is advantageous.
* Skills :
