Ensure the company operates smoothly by securing necessary materials and services at the best possible terms and conditions in line with the relevant Purchasing strategy. Manage supplier relationships and market dynamics, represent the Purchasing Organization in Platform Meetings, and collaborate with the Platform Team to launch new products efficiently.Responsibilities Analyze requirements, scout suppliers, negotiate deals, award contracts, ensure quality standards and timely delivery, optimize costs, promote sustainability, and mitigate supply chain risks.Ensure purchasing of goods and services: source and negotiate terms & conditions to meet operational requirements, considering cost, quality, technical and delivery targets.Monitor market analysis and provide cost management: analyze costs, review cost‐reduction activities, identify opportunities to improve prices or overall total cost of ownership, and maintain project costs within budget while implementing design‐to‐cost and resourcing activities as needed.Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contract awards.Track performance monitoring and risk assessment: assess supplier performance, identify potential supply‐chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success throughout the entire project life‐cycle.Coordinate quality assurance and problem resolution: work with the project team to ensure that procured goods meet required quality standards and resolve issues related to price, quality, delivery or invoices.Select suppliers in line with the Purchasing strategy or identify new ones who can meet the project's quality, cost and delivery requirements.Manage contracts: draft, review and manage contracts with suppliers (such as NDAs, Nomination Letters, Letters of Intent and Development Agreements).Supervise suppliers' industrialisation phase and support logistics to ensure timely delivery of prototypes and PPAP samples.Qualifications Relevant experience in Purchasing (required).Experience with Office suite (required).Experience with SAP (preferred).
